Muog Lodge No. 89 is a Blue Lodge, or Craft Lodge, of Free and Accepted Master Masons operating under the Jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines, District NCR-G. The Lodge was founded on January 23, 1924 in Parañaque, Philippines.
The current master of the lodge is WB Joel O. Porlares.
